Traffic Offenders Intervention Program
We have senior traffic lawyers who have lectured all around NSW in the traffic offenders program, with over 20 years in court expert experience and knowledge in traffic law.
After pleading guilty or being found guilty of a traffic offence, a completed traffic offenders program allows the Judge or Magistrate to consider a more appropriate and often lenient punishment. After completing the program, they will report directly back to the Court, usually by fax or email.
FAQ
What Is The Traffic Offenders Program?
The Traffic Offenders Program is an intervention program for 1 day, or 7 weeks, depending on which one you enrol into, specifically to increase your awareness of illegal driving in an attempt to increase your knowledge of legal and real life consequences of dangerous driving. It also serves to reduce offending and provide a safer environment on Australian roads. Successfully completing this program generally results in a more lenient court result.
How Do I Enrol Into The Traffic Offenders Program?
You can be referred to the program by your traffic lawyer, the Court, or self-referral.
